So Tuesday the 12th August was my final day with Forestry and Land Scotland where i have spent ten years as Civil Engineer and Quarry Manager.  Wednesday 13th August i started work full time with Calum McCrae in Cairndow.

My position for the foreseeable future will be to manage water/silt on a large scale project that is about to start near Inverary.

The reason i decided to jump at the chance with Calum and his team is down to his enthusiasm for the Silt Sump and its concept of managing Silt on large scale projects.  Next week sees my initial delivery arriving in Cairndow.

Once here i will be in a situation to both deploy the Silt Sump and provide to the market.

Over the next few weeks i will start to add more content such as short videos and setting out guidance and maintenance guides.
